Better me review.
This App is a nightmare. My story, I got charged $39.99 and $53.00 in the same day. For what I do not know. There is no phone number. They do not respond to emails and so I was able to cancel it I thought on the App. 3 months later I was charged another $39.99 plus $53.00. So canceling on App did not work.
The customer service I received has been excellent. The team responded to my questions very quickly and offered great solutions to my issues. Problems solved, and I am happy. Trying to cancel this app was a nightmare. Twice last month my bank declined 2 attempted charges from BetterMe of 66.65. Because it wasn’t an approved charge I had to get a new debit card. Yesterday another 66.65 charge was attempted again. I finally reached out to BetterMe by email requesting this subscription be cancelled asap and it was.
