If you are thinking about SunPass ( https://www.sunpass.com) you can get a pass (the sticker is $5 I think) at most gas stations, and set it up online (there is a phone app)You can get billed and they'll send you a bill in the mail to the address and person the car is registered to. We used to do that but finally signed up for the toll passes and added them to our car. They are just stickers you put on your windshield. Sorry not clear.
